The service
The service lets you publish a take-home assignment or a take-home audit to a page with a link, and browse a library of templates. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish. By publishing, you allow us to store it and display it at its link. You promise that you have the right to publish it, that it contains no personal information about real people, no confidential material, no links, and nothing unlawful, hateful or misleading.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass anyone, to distribute malware or spam, to attempt to overload or break it, or to publish content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove any page and limit publishing at our discretion, including through automatic rate limits.
Templates and output are starting points
Templates, audits and anything drafted by ChatGPT are suggestions. An audit is a judgment by an AI assistant about a take-home, not a guarantee about what a candidate can or cannot do. You are responsible for checking that a take-home is lawful, fair and suitable for your hiring process in your jurisdiction, including anti-discrimination and data-protection rules. Nothing here is legal or employment advice.
Removal
You can unpublish your page at any time using your manage link. To report content, use the "Report this page" link in the footer or email support@motif.report.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, and disputes are handled by the courts located there.
