Take-homes that test judgment, built in ChatGPT

Motif is a plugin for ChatGPT. Describe a role and it drafts a timeboxed take-home: context, materials with real mock data, a task, deliverables, and a rubric with levels and the evidence to look for. It can also check how much of an existing take-home a chat assistant could do on its own, and review a candidate's submission against a rubric.

If you choose to publish, the take-home gets a candidate link (the brief only) and a separate reviewer link (adds the rubric and notes). This site hosts those pages, a small library of ready-made templates, and the legal pages for the plugin. There are no accounts here.
