What the plugin does
Motif helps you design a timeboxed take-home assignment for a role, check how much of an existing take-home a chat assistant could do on its own, and review a submission against a rubric. If you choose to publish, it creates a page with a link you can send to candidates, and a separate reviewer link for your team.
Report a page
Use the "Report this page" link in the footer of any page, or email support@motif.report with the page link. We review reports and remove pages that break the terms.
Unpublish a page
When you publish, ChatGPT gives you a manage link that ends in ?manage= and a token. Open the manage link and press the unpublish button, or ask ChatGPT to unpublish the page and give it the page link and the token. If you lost the manage link, email support@motif.report with the page link and we will remove it.
Reviewer link versus candidate link
The candidate link shows the brief and materials only. The reviewer link adds the rubric, the notes and a short guide to running the exercise. Share the reviewer link only with your hiring team.
